The idea behind the CSR policy is being able to look beyond our own processes and realities. By covering all production factors, we hope to change the way we approach the products’ quality and value. To define those challenges, we wanted to involve all our stakeholders. This work has led to an ongoing process that considers the expectations of everyone involved in our activities.
The project’s stakeholders are external and include consumers, customers, institutions, authorities, local communities, the media, NGOs, scientists, suppliers and farmers. The in-house component is also involved with the Group’s Executive Committee, Shareholders, CSR Steering Committee, employees, union representatives, legal affairs, compliance and new recruits.
