Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Lactalis

Lactalis is committed to reflecting and embracing diversity and social equity within its teams, and to comply with local regulations in all countries in which it operates. The diversity of profiles and skills among Lactalis’ employees is vital to its success and growth and has proven to be an asset in helping Lactalis transition to more sustainable production models.


In 2023, Lactalis formalized its commitment to promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through the adoption of a dedicated DEI policy signed by Lactalis’ Chief Operating Officer. 

Lactalis DEI policy is built on 2 key pillars:

• Gender equity: Lactalis aims to ensure that no gender represents more than 60% of leadership positions by 2033.

• Inclusion: Lactalis aims to train 100% of employees on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and to implement action plans on the four dimensions: Cultures and Origins, Intergenerational dynamics, Disability, and Identities.
